Last Class.

My cake decorating class is over.  T and I received certificates; I guess we're super official cake decorators now!  A friend at work is leaving to pursue other avenues, and while I'm super sad to see her go, I know it's for the best.  I decided to use my final cake decorating class to make a confectionery treat for her, and well, for us, to enjoy tomorrow.  Her nickname is Sugar, thus the piped word on the cake.  I'm pretty pleased with my first attempt at making roses.  There are definitely flubs, but we've all got to start somewhere.  In the end, who really cares, right?  It's all about how good it tastes...
